The best way to avoid your account falling into arrears is to sign up for a monthly DEBIT ORDER but if you are paying by EFT please ensure that your payment REACHES us BEFORE the 1st of every month.
Note that we can only process EFT payments once they CLEAR in our account and cannot use Proof Of Payment slips for this purpose. (Remember that EFT payments sometimes take several days to clear).
Note also that in order to accurately tie up your EFT payment with your account we require your ACCOUNT REFERENCE NUMBER in the BENEFICIARY REFERENCE field.
Please note that arrear reconnections can only be activated during BUSINESS HOURS and that arrear accounts that have been disconnected are subject to a re-connection fee.

If you are the account holder and your Cell Number is registered under the account, you can send the word "TopUp" to 082 904 7884 (NOTE: TopUp must be one word). Send us an SMS for as many Gb as you require. (SMSs are charged at standard rates).
Your Account will automatically be Invoiced for an additional Gigabyte of Data at the Current per Gig Rate on your subscription and the Connection will Automatically be turned back on as long as you are within your available data bundle.

YOU HAVE PURCHASED A ONCE-OFF ACCESS SESSION WHICH HAS NOW REACED ITS TIME OR DATA LIMIT
